Humanity in Print
Without books the development of civilization would have been impossible. They are the engines of change, windows on the world, 'lighthouses' as the poet said 'erected in the sea of time.' They are companions, teachers, magicians, bankers of the treasures of the mind. Books are humanity in print.
Barbara Tuchman, American historian (1912-1989)
I do not know about you but I really enjoy reading books =) There are just so much treasures contained behind pieces of paper. Nowadays with the entertainment world growing larger and larger, people seldom find time to read books.
If you have any unwanted books. Do let me know and if they are good reads, I would love to have them.
