NOW YOU SEE... NOW YOU DON'T!
It is a very dangerous stunt; readers are strictly advised NOT to try to attempt this stunt at home! I have undergone professional training therefore I am able to perform this stunt. Again I say DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME or ANYWHERE ELSE!
Now what you see here is a picture of a box of Ferrero Rocher, 18 pieces of that mouth-watering chocolate-coated whole hazelnut with a special creamy filling. In about a few minutes time, these richly chocolate-coated hazelnuts will be devoured and consumed by my big smelly mouth. Watch closely as I glut them down my stomach.
NOW YOU SEE...
Poh Leong here is trying to steal the Ferrero Rochers away from me. This is a terrible sin. That is the alluring power of Ferrero Rochers, it has a magnetic pull with a radius of 200 meters.
Well, I do not all allow Poh Leong to take it away of course. So I quickly gulp them down! Be careful not to have yourself chocked in the process.
... NOW YOU DON'T !
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to eat, too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is really hard to believe in something you have not seen.
Now let us look at John chapter 20. This was what happened; after the crucifixion of Jesus, He rose on the third day and appeared to His disciples. On the first evening of the week, Jesus appeared to a few of His disciples and ate with them, but one of the disciples was not with Him at that time, he was Thomas.
So the other disciples went and tell Thomas that they saw Jesus but Thomas doubted their claims and said, “Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe it.” (John 20:25) Wow! Talk about hard-headed sarcasm! Thomas would probably take home the title as The Most Hard-headed Guy.
Out of his surprise, Jesus appeared to Thomas about 8 days later. The room that Thomas was in was locked but yet the Bible mentions that Jesus came in and stood among them (John 20:26) Guess what Jesus did. He went over to Thomas and showed him His scars. Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.”(John 20:27)
Jesus was like, “Hey Tom, put your finger on my scars and feel it. Now touch my side and feel the mark. Stop doubting and start believing!” Jesus wanted to prove to Thomas that He was indeed alive and not dead. After Thomas saw Jesus, he exclaimed, “My Lord and my God!” (John 20:28)
Now this incident tells us that God does not want us to doubt Him at all. He has provided us a lot of evidence of His existence. It is all out there. We so easily take the words we read in the newspaper but we DOUBT what has been written in the Bible? Why is that? Think.
I show you an empty box and tell you that it used to contain Ferreros in it, you wouldn’t believe. Now I show you an empty box with Ferreros wrappings in it you would believe that there indeed was Ferrero Rocher chocolates in it. So NOW, I show you the world and the Bible, would you believe that there indeed lived and walked the earth a man called Jesus Christ?
John 20:29
Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
Jeremiah 29:13
“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”
