Coming to the End
The year 2007 is finally coming to an end. Looking back it seems that time passed faster than it suppose to.
I guess this is the time where everyone goes “emo” and blog about the past and how much they miss it or hate it.
Many things happened in this one year period. Started off the year with a bang (remember? Janielle, Shannon, Sarah, Jason, Cerdwin?) but it ended not so a big bang. Things change and it will always change. Everything is affected by time and actions.
I have gone through many ups and downs. This year has been one of the hardest but I know everything works for the good of those who loves God.
The question is...
Have I lived another year without significant?
Ask yourselves this question as well because at the end of the day it is what we have done for God that matters most. And doing things for God does not mean merely “doing” things or ministry. It is way beyond that.
Our life is not ours for the taking. Our life is God’s for the using.
When our life comes to an end, after doing all that we are capable of for God and yet have not heard the main call of God for our life, we have lived our life in vain.
I leave 2007 and I am prepared to meet the year 2008. I will continue to press in to know my true calling in life. What about you?
